Chatham Central waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the North Stokes Vikings. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 10-0 win on Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Lillie Poe, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Chatham Central hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least one batters in three consecutive games.

Chatham Central's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for North Stokes, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Chatham Central will take on Wheatmore at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
