Kearney won the last time they faced Belton and things went their way on Friday too. The Kearney Bulldogs came out on top against the Belton Pirates by a score of 50-41.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kearney to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kennedi Casey, who posted 14 points. What's more, Casey also posted a 80% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brooke Paalhar, who put up 12 points along with eight assists and six boards.

Kearney's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Belton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-14.

Kearney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-23 win against Winnetonka on the 11th. Belton has also already played their next matchup (against St. Pius X), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
