Basketball Recap: Alise Keys Key Part of Team Effort in Red Devils Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Indian Trail, Kenosha Bradford was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Muskego Warriors 52-50. The team ran away with 48 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kenosha Bradford to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alise Keys, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards. That's the most rebounds Keys has posted since back in December of 2024. Rihanna Barker was another key player, going 6-for-13 to rack up 14 points in addition to six boards and four steals.

Kenosha Bradford smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 12 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Kenosha Bradford's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Muskego, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kenosha Bradford will take on Racine Horlick in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Red Devils will be up against the Rebels' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.57 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Muskego and Mukwonago will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Indians have now posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
