Football Game Preview: Fisher Gators vs. Young Audiences Charter

The Fisher Gators are taking a road trip to face off against Young Audiences Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Fisher beat Jefferson RISE Charter 26-14.

Fisher's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jeremy Kinley, who rushed for 20 yards and a pair of scores, and Tristan Ritchie, who rushed for 11 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Young Audiences Charter strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 28-24 W against Haynes Academy. The 28-point effort marked Young Audiences Charter's lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Young Audiences Charter's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Fisher, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Fisher was able to grind out a solid win over Young Audiences Charter in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, winning 33-26. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Young Audiences Charter's Caleb Jackson, who rushed for 334 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 15.2 yards per carry.
