Football Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was the 18-0 winner over Compton when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 13-6 to the Tarbabes on Wednesday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Among those leading the charge was Miah Gibson, who threw for 190 yards and one TD, and also caught one touchdown.

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Compton, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Coincidentally, Jordan and Compton will both be playing Woodrow Wilson the next time they take the field. The Tarbabes will head out to face the Bruins at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, while the Panthers will host them at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
