Volleyball Recap: Beresford Comes Up Short

After flying high against Garretson last Thursday, Beresford came back down to earth. The Watchdogs came up short against the Baltic Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 3-0. If the Watchdogs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13, 25-18.

Beresford now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Baltic, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beresford will head out to challenge Sioux Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Baltic, they will face off against Garretson at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Bulldogs their first taste of in-conference action this season.
