Softball Recap: McLean County Comes Up Short

Ohio County hit McLean County with a ten-run first inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cougars came up short against the Eagles, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-0 defeat back in April.

McLean County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13-1. As for Ohio County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-17-1 record this season.

As of now, neither McLean County nor Ohio County have any future games scheduled.
