Baseball Recap: St. Louis Triumphs

The St. Louis Crusaders were able to grind out a solid victory over the Rio Americano Raiders on Tuesday, taking the game 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Crusaders.

St. Louis now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Rio Americano, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. St. Louis will take on Kamehameha Kapalama at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Crusaders 2.8, the Warriors 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Rio Americano, they will challenge Ponderosa at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
