Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lyman Memorial). Everything went their way against the Parish Hill Pirates on Monday as they made off with a 21-4 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their two-run performance the game before.

Lyman Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Parish Hill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lyman Memorial will square off against Putnam at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Clippers have averaged an impressive 11.8 runs per game this season. As for Parish Hill, they will face off against Civic Leadership at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
