Basketball Game Preview: Keith Bears vs. Hatch Bobcats

The Keith Bears will venture away from home to face off against the Hatch Bobcats at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Keith's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.

Last Friday, Keith blew past Hatch, posting a 74-42 win.

Keith's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Miles Hannah, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 18 points and seven assists. Those seven assists gave Hannah a new career-high. Jarius Sanders was another key player, going 5 for 8 en route to 10 points and seven rebounds.

Keith smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.

Hatch pushed their record up to 13-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.6 points per game. As for Keith, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record this season.
