After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Concord Academy, HOPE Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over The Fletcher School Falcons. The victory continues a trend for the Royals in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won seven in a row.

While HOPE Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 26-24, 25-21.

HOPE Academy's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-4. As for The Fletcher School, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. HOPE Academy will challenge rival Providence Classical at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, The Fletcher School is set to take on their familiar foe Lee Park Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
