Football Game Preview: East Henderson Eagles vs. North Henderson Knights + How To Watch

East Henderson hasn't had much luck against North Henderson recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Eagles will host the Knights at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

East Henderson's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against West Henderson on Friday. They took a blow against the Falcons, falling 47-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 397th, while the Falcons are ranked 89th).

Meanwhile, North Henderson suffered their biggest defeat since October 18, 2024 on Friday. They had to suffer through a 52-18 loss at the hands of Brevard. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Knights' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Despite the loss, North Henderson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Parker Willis rushed for 181 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry. Willis' longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.

North Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for East Henderson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

East Henderson was taken down by North Henderson 44-8 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Willis, who rushed for 154 yards and four TDs on only 12 carries.
