The Bensalem Fighting Owls lost to the Council Rock North Indians back in January, but the Bensalem Fighting Owls didn't allow the Council Rock North Indians the same satisfaction on Friday. Bensalem blew past Council Rock North 64-44. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bensalem.
Bensalem got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Morris out in front who scored 17 points. Amir Drummond was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals.
Bensalem's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Council Rock North, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bensalem will take on Pennsbury at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pennsbury will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line. As for Council Rock North, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Council Rock South at 7:00 p.m.
