Basketball Recap: Miami Trace Comes Up Short

Miami Trace played a tough contest on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Sheridan Generals and fell 52-22. The Panthers have struggled against the Generals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Miami Trace's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Sheridan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Miami Trace does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sheridan, they will be taking part in a tournament against Marietta at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sheridan's defense has only allowed 28.2 points per game this season, so Marietta's offense will have their work cut out for them.
