Soccer Recap: Innovation Takes a Loss

Innovation was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Timber Creek Wolves. That's two games in a row now that the Bulls have lost by exactly two goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Jack Rodriguez Bermeo, who's now up to two this season.

Innovation's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-4. As for Timber Creek, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3-1.

Both are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Innovation will challenge Auburndale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Innovation is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season. As for Timber Creek, they will face off against Winter Park at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Timber Creek also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 3.6 goals per game.
