Volleyball Recap: Wolverine Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wolverine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ellsworth Lancers. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Wolverine's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Ellsworth, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-11.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wolverine is set to face off against their familiar foe Harbor Light Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ellsworth will take on rival Mackinaw City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
