Hoover extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-4. They came out on top against the Fresno Warriors by a score of 76-63. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Pamir Olivier was the offensive standout of the matchup as he posted 23 points. That's the most points he has posted since back in January. Keon Hill was another key player, putting up 14 points.

As for Fresno, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-3 record. Even though they lost, their still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.7 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

When it comes to explaining why Fresno lost, don't look at Kai Alfa. Despite the final result, he went 9-for-19 to rack up 28 points and eight boards. Alfa continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Nick Bailey also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.

Hoover didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-56 victory against Roosevelt on the 20th. As for Fresno, they have also already played their next game, an 83-77 loss against McFarland on the 20th.
