Basketball Recap: Refugio Comes Up Short

Refugio had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 74-42 loss at the hands of the McMullen County Cowboys.

The victory made it two in a row for McMullen County and bumps their season record up to 13-4.

Coincidentally, Refugio and McMullen County will both be playing Banquete the next time they take the court. The Cowboys will head out to face the Bulldogs at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Bobcats will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
