Football Game Preview: Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes vs. Garland Christian Academy

Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Garland Christian Academy at 7:30 PM on Friday. Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.

Things haven't been easy for Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes, and their game two weeks ago only extended their streak of losses to five. They were dealt a punishing 6-62 defeat at the hands of Borden County. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Meanwhile, Garland Christian Academy took an ego-bruising loss against Cornerstone Christian Academy two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Garland Christian Academy had enough points to win and then some against St. Paul's Prep last Friday, taking their matchup 22-6.

Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 25-54 punch to the gut against Garland Christian Academy four weeks ago. Can Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
