Red Cloud won the last time they faced Giltner and things went their way on Thursday too. The Red Cloud Warriors simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Giltner Hornets 59-16. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 27 points or more this season.

Red Cloud found their leader in freshman Aiva Rust, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Josie Faimon, who had 11 points.

Red Cloud is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Giltner, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Red Cloud has already played their next game, a 40-20 victory against Deshler on the 4th. As for Giltner, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 44-16 defeat against Franklin on the 1st.
