Softball Recap: Lake Forest Comes Up Short

Lake Forest couldn't beat Regina Dominican on Saturday even though they stacked seven runs on them in the fourth inning. The Scouts came up short against the Panthers, falling 18-7. The Scouts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Forest's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Regina Dominican, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Forest will welcome Libertyville at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Regina Dominican, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Woodlands Academy at 4:00 p.m.
