X'avion Drake Game Report: @ Sparkman

For the first time in his career, X'Avion Drake scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 61 yards and one TD as Huntsville fell to Sparkman 36-28. We think that's the best game he's posted since September 6th, 2024, when he made three total tackles and snagged an interception.

Drake and Huntsville will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Austin at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The Panthers have some work to do to even out the 1-7 series between these two since September of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
