Meanwhile, Highland scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Twin Falls by a score of 5-4.

Kai Jones was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, Marshall Glenn was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs. Another player making a difference was Preston Foltz, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

Rocky Mountain's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Highland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
