Baseball Recap: Centennial Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Centennial had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Tradition Prep Pirates by a score of 10-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-1 back in February.

Centennial saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alfonso Hernandez, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Those two stolen bases gave Hernandez a new career-high. Giovanni Lopez was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Tradition Prep, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-6.

Centennial has already played their next game, a 4-0 defeat against West Orange on the 28th. As for Tradition Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 16-5 victory against Calvary Chapel Academy on the 27th.
