Baseball Recap: Sierra Takes a Loss

Sierra lost against Oakdale last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Timberwolves came up short against the Mustangs, falling 8-2. The Timberwolves' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Sierra saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Bauer, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Sierra's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Oakdale, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Sierra wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against East Union on the 31st. As for Oakdale, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Manteca on the 31st.
