Richland waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.
Richland walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-23, 25-16, 23-25, 25-14.
Addison Hirsch paced Richland's offense, picking up 19 kills. Hirsch got some help from Brooklyn Roberts and her 26 assists.
Richland's victory bumped their record up to 29-3-2. As for Westmont Hilltop, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13.
Looking ahead, Richland will square off against Bald Eagle Area at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Westmont Hilltop does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
