Soccer Recap: Forest Triumphs

Forest's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Crystal River Pirates get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. JT Martin was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Forest now has a winning record of 5-4-2. As for Crystal River, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Forest will welcome Lake Weir at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Crystal River, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-3 draw against Lecanto on the 14th.
