Soccer Recap: Houston Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Soldotna

Houston faced Soldotna in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Hawks lost 5-0 to the Stars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Soldotna this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 last Saturday.

Houston dropped their record down to 3-15 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Soldotna, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4-2.

As of now, neither Houston nor the Stars have any future games scheduled.
