Football Game Preview: Darien Blue Wave vs. Masuk Panthers

The Darien Blue Wave will head out to take on the Masuk Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Darien will be strutting in after a win while Masuk will be coming in after a defeat.

Darien's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past McMahon 44-0. The victory continues a trend for the Blue Wave in their matchups with the Senators: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Masuk faced Bunnell in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Panthers took a 21-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

Although Masuk took the loss, they still got scores from Ricardo Teixeira and Steven Curtin.

Masuk's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Darien, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
