Volleyball Recap: Grosse Pointe North Takes a Loss

The Grosse Pointe North Norsemen came up short against the Imlay City Spartans on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Harper Dallaire paced Grosse Pointe North's offense, picking up four kills. Dallaire got some help from Madison Jewel and her ten assists. Eva Borowski and Lily Schanley kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Grosse Pointe North's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Imlay City, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-5.

Grosse Pointe North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Marysville on the 4th. As for Imlay City, they will challenge Algonac at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
