Soccer Game Preview: Milton vs. Walton

The Milton Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Walton Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Milton is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Johns Creek just ended the team's four-match winning streak last Tuesday. They fell just short of the Gladiators by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Walton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They beat Etowah by a goal, winning 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Walton's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked first, while Etowah are ranked 32nd).

Milton's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Walton, their victory bumped their record up to 14-1.
