Benjamin Franklin had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt ALA - Anthem South on Thursday. The Chargers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Titans. The win was nothing new for the Chargers as they're now sitting on four straight.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-11, 25-18.

Benjamin Franklin's offense was headlined by Brendon Anderson and Christian Sorenson, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Brigg DeMarco and his 28 assists. Jace Wengert controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Benjamin Franklin's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-10. As for ALA - Anthem South, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Benjamin Franklin will head out to challenge Pusch Ridge Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Lions will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Chargers surely won't give up without a fight. As for ALA - Anthem South, they will venture away from home to face off against ALA - Ironwood at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
