Camp Hill made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Susquehanna Township, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Camp Hill put the hurt on Susquehanna Township with a sharp 14-2 win on Tuesday. The Lions' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Camp Hill got a massive performance out of Lindsay Johnson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. That home run marked the first that Johnson launched this season. Another player making a difference was Payton Beck, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Camp Hill's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Susquehanna Township, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camp Hill will welcome Trinity at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Camp Hill's pitchers better be ready for this one: Trinity has averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. As for Susquehanna Township, they will be playing at home against Milton Hershey at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give Susquehanna Township their first taste of in-conference action this season.
