Crescent skates past Wishkah Valley with ease

Recap: Crescent Loggers vs. Wishkah Valley Loggers

The Crescent Loggers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Wishkah Valley 69-12 at home. The win was nothing new for Crescent as they're now sitting on four straight.

Crescent got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Naomii Spraque out in front who scored 20 points along with six steals. The match was Spraque's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ciara Cargo-Acosta, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Crescent's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37 points. As for Wishkah Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crescent won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Ocosta at 5:30 p.m. on December 15th. Hopefully Ocosta focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday. As for Wishkah Valley, they will head out on the road to face off against Northwest Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
