Baseball Recap: Monson Takes a Loss

Monson lost against Pioneer Valley Regional back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mustangs came up short against the Panthers, falling 9-1.

Monson has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Pioneer Valley Regional, the win keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Monson will welcome South Hadley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pioneer Valley Regional, they will head out to square off against Frontier Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
