The Millville Quakers are taking a road trip to take on the Muncy Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Millville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.3 runs per game this season.

Millville is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Benton just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

Millville saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Brokenshire, who went 1-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that Brokenshire hit this season. Another was Dylan Brokenshire, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Meanwhile, Muncy got the win against Bucktail on Friday by a conclusive 13-3. Considering the Indians' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Millville's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Muncy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Millville suffered a grim 15-3 defeat to Muncy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Quakers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
