Amaya Moreno Delivers Best Effort of Season

Mountain Pointe was led to victory by Amaya Moreno, who turned in her biggest game of the season on Monday. Moreno threw for 434 yards and five touchdowns while completing 72.1% of her passes, and also rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown. She didn't just play on offense: he also made a tackle and defended two passes in addition to snagging three interceptions.

The win was the third in a row for Mountain Pointe, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Moreno will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when she faces off against Notre Dame Prep on Wednesday.
