Basketball Recap: Prattville Christian Academy Extends Home Winning Streak to 13

Prattville Christian Academy waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took down the Wetumpka Indians 67-49. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2022.

Wetumpka's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mya Richardson, who posted 14 points in addition to seven assists and five steals. Richardson has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Humphrey, who put up 12 points along with eight assists and seven rebounds.
