Basketball Recap: Shea Comes Up Short

Shea won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Monday. They lost 59-33 to the Barrington Eagles. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 81-43 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Barrington's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryan Rigamonti, who posted 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Satisfield, who earned 13 points.

Shea's defeat dropped their record down to 1-2.

Shea wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 52-48 victory against Lincoln on the 19th. As for Barrington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-40 win against Cumberland on the 19th.
