Football Recap: Torin Wolf Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Pacheco + How To Watch

Minarets's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They secured a 21-17 W over the Pacheco Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Minarets' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Torin Wolf, who rushed for 89 yards and a pair of scores, and also threw for 197 yards and one touchdown. Caden Larsen was Wolf's top target, picking up 120 receiving yards and one TD.

Minarets' run defense was locked in: Pacheco could only muster three yards per carry. The Mustangs didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 5.5.

Minarets' record is now 2-0. As for Pacheco, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Minarets will head out to take on Fresno at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pacheco, they will venture away from home to face off against Half Moon Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
