Volleyball Recap: Laton Comes Up Short

Laton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Kings Christian Crusaders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-6.

Laton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Kings Christian, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9.

While Laton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
