Soccer Recap: St. John Paul II Takes a Loss

St. John Paul II was the 1-0 winner over Franklin County when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers lost 5-1 to the Seahawks on Wednesday. St. John Paul II have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Patrick 'PK' Bond, who's now up to three this season.

St. John Paul II now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Franklin County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-2.

Looking ahead, St. John Paul II will take on Community Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin County, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Marianna on the 14th.
