Volleyball Game Preview: Compton Tarbabes vs. Millikan Rams

Compton hasn't had much luck against Millikan recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Tarbabes will be playing at home against the Rams at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Compton came up short against Lakewood on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Millikan came up short against Woodrow Wilson on Tuesday and fell 3-1. While the Rams didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bruins 25-15 in the first set.

Millikan started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-15, 26-24, 25-21.

Millikan's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Compton, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
