Nokomis strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Vandalia Vandals. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win last Friday.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Nokomis was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8.

Addison Glenn paced Nokomis' offense, picking up nine kills. Glenn got some help from Kinley Stolte and her 22 assists. Mackenzie Mehochko controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Nokomis' victory bumped their record up to 18-0. As for Vandalia, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-11-1.

Coming up, Nokomis is taking a road trip to face off against Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vandalia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pana at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
