Strathmore fell victim to Granite Hills and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 11-0 to the Grizzlies. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Strathmore saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Giefer, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Giefer has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Strathmore has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season. As for Granite Hills, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-13-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Grizzlies beat Strathmore by a score of 13-7 on Thursday.
