Basketball Recap: Montague Comes Up Short

Montague was the 54-30 winner over Western Michigan Christian when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Montague Wildcats fell 44-34 to the Western Michigan Christian Warriors on Tuesday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Montague now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Western Michigan Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Montague will square off against Ravenna at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ravenna will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Montague surely won't give up without a fight. As for Western Michigan Christian, they will face off against Calvin Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
