Softball Game Preview: Bremond Tigers vs. Chilton Pirates

Bremond has gone a perfect 5-0 against Chilton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Bremond will look to defend their home field against Chilton at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Bremond's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Chilton has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Bremond lost 14-4 to Thorndale on Tuesday.

Addyson Young made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and two runs. Samantha Lenamom was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Chilton fell victim to Granger and their airtight pitching crew last Friday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 39-0.

Chilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bremond, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Bremond took their victory against Chilton in their previous meeting on March 7th by a conclusive 16-0. Does Bremond have another victory up their sleeve, or will Chilton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
