Recap: Palacios Sharks vs. East Bernard Brahmas
The Palacios Sharks lost against the East Bernard Brahmas on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Palacios took a serious blow against East Bernard, falling 74-40. Palacios has not had much luck with East Bernard recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
East Bernard's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maddox Crist, who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was Camden Fucik, who scored 16 points.
Palacios' loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for East Bernard, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.
Palacios will head out on the road to face off against Industrial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. East Bernard will be home for the holidays to greet Hitchcock at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hitchcock knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 11 matchups -- so hopefully East Bernard likes a good challenge.
