Basketball Recap: Jackson Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Litchfield last Friday, Jackson Christian came back down to earth. The Jackson Christian Royals took a 44-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calhoun Christian Cougars on Tuesday. The Royals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 51-45.

Jackson Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Calhoun Christian, they moved to 3-9 with that victory, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

Jackson Christian will venture away from home to face off against Waldron at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Calhoun Christian, they will host Marshall Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
