Recap: Federal Way Eagles vs. Tahoma Bears
After a string of three wins, the Federal Way Eagles's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tahoma. While losing is never fun, Federal Way can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while Tahoma is ranked 17th).
Dalton Brown was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points for Tahoma. The matchup was Brown's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jayden Stephens, who scored 12 points.
Federal Way's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Tahoma, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.
